About Our Team

Angela Roberts, CEO & Founder
Angela Roberts founded the Association Office (formerly The Write Process), in 1990, after many years of experience with AT&T, as a result of her personal experiences as a receiver of services provided to a non-profit organization which she had formed. She found a need for non-profit associations and organizations to find competent assistance and support services, at affordable pricing.

Since its founding nearly twenty years ago, The Association Office has expanded its client base to include a variety of non-profit corporations and associations, covering a wide variety of industries from automotive to marketing, including companies in the area of green technologies, professional services, and more.

Specializing in business support services, the Association Office, under the direction and management of Angela, ensures that small businesses, non-profit foundations and trade associations not only look organized, but ARE organized. She is a resource for event planning, database maintenance, election management, budget monitoring, and other functions commonly required by non-profit Boards.

During much of her working life, Angela devoted her spare hours to the Girl Scouts of Santa Clara County. For 13 years, she served as a Girl Scout Leader for her daughter’s troop which earned the Silver Award for assembling personal care packages for a local teen outreach group. For over three years, she served on the Service Unit Team and aided in the coordination activities relative to 50 active Girl Scout troops. She also started a successful preschool, which has operated for over ten years with a waiting list. Now, as her children reach adult-hood, she has time to fit in golf lessons with her husband and has recently learned that she plays a better game of golf with her eyes shut than open!
